Frequently asked questions

Are the pages changed when saved as TIFF?

No. Each page is copied exactly as it is stored, with its compression and resolution, so nothing is lost.

Which format should I choose?

TIFF keeps each page exactly as it was. PNG loses nothing either and opens almost everywhere. JPG makes the smallest files, best for photos and for forms that ask for JPG.

How are the pages named?

After the TIFF and the page number, such as fax-page-3.tif, so they stay in order in any folder.

Can I split several TIFFs at once?

Yes. Choose several files: each one is split on its own, and you can download everything as one .zip.

Can't find what you need?
